H&M Group wanted to refresh its sustainability reporting to be user-friendly for multiple stakeholders and maintain its long-standing commitment to transparency. This meant a report that was compliant with key external frameworks, with all content led by material issues and goals. The report creation process needed to be as efficient and simple as possible given the large number of contributors.
Context developed a reporting solution that provided this information clearly and concisely. We streamlined the report creation process to use content owners’ time as efficiently as possible. And we collaborated closely with the client’s design team to achieve styling that showcased the company’s identity — resulting in a clearly structured and interactive online PDF.
Over the past 5+ years we have continued to partner to evolve H&M Group’s sustainability reporting, helping the company achieve multiple recognitions from the CRRA Reporting Awards. More recently, we are supporting H&M Group to integrate sustainability further into its statutory Annual and Sustainability Report as the company works towards Corporate Sustainability Reporting Directive compliance.
Kelly Langpap, Project Manager, Sustainability Reporting and Disclosure at H&M Group: “Context is a great partner in our ongoing journey to enhance our sustainability reporting and move towards CSRD implementation. It’s a pleasure to work with such a responsive, supportive and professional team who always go the extra mile to deliver thoughtful input and high-quality results.”
