Our team

Together we bring a range of disciplines — from chemical engineering, biological sciences, and social impact analysis to design and publishing. We all share a deep curiosity for sustainability and business, alongside a focus on finding solutions and demystifying complexity.

We are majority women-owned. Our Europe and North America teams operate as sister companies, working together seamlessly as one transatlantic organisation.
