Our client, a leader in global healthcare technology, needed a reporting partner that could communicate its sustainability story — on brand — to its many stakeholders, while keeping up with increasingly complex disclosure demands. Over nearly a decade of partnership, we have led the development and design of nine sustainability reports for the company. Our approach engaged a range of audiences with a balance of strategy narrative, case studies, graphics, robust data, and a comprehensive ESG index.
We developed these reports following our end-to-end reporting solution, which relieves our clients of most of the effort in reporting while keeping them in full editorial control. We began by planning the report structure and content, followed by comprehensive content collection, meticulous data management, writing, review facilitation, edit integration, ESG index development, and report design. In their most recent report, we engaged with nearly 150 subject matter experts over five drafts.

- In-depth ESG index: We developed an index that included the Global Reporting Initative (GRI), Sustainability Accounting Standards Board (SASB), Taskforce on Climate-related Financial Disclosures (TCFD), and World Economic Forum (WEF).
- On-brand design: The report is meticulously designed in consultation with their brand team to match company style, while our in-depth quality assurance process helps deliver an error-free PDF. We thoughtfully evolve report design each year, and, in 2022, guided the report through a brand refresh.
- Launch materials: We help our client get the most from their reporting investment by preparing internal and external launch communications that detail the key highlights from the year. Over the course of our work with the company, these have included press releases, highlight documents, internal comms, and social media content.
