The client already had strong sustainability underpinnings and commitment, but needed assistance to develop external sustainability messaging in line with current industry expectations. With a focus on artisanal crafts, the client has its own unique challenges that needed clear articulation. As a smaller, high-end company with limited supply chain influence compared to large-scale companies, it was crucial for us to strike a delicate balance between honesty and recognition of these wider challenges when communicating our client’s sustainability story.
