Our Team
Together we bring a range of disciplines — from chemical engineering, biological sciences, and social impact analysis to design and publishing. We all share a deep curiosity for sustainability and business, alongside a focus on finding solutions and demystifying complexity.
We are majority female-owned and 80% of our management team are women. Our Europe and North America teams operate as sister companies, working together seamlessly as one transatlantic organisation.

Stacey (she/her) is a graphic designer and photographer for cause driven businesses. She enjoys helping clients elevate their brand and stand confident in their values. Stacey is happiest in a garden or swimming in the sea and often waxes lyrical about soil and biodiversity.

Three decades of consulting have not dimmed his passion for helping his clients succeed and mentoring future generations of brilliant sustainability advisors. At weekends he’s ‘gone sailing’.
